A visit usually begins with a 70-minute Holistic Acne Consultation in the clinic, priced at $55, which covers acne type, hormone and birth control history, and herbal supplement suggestions. Full pricing is tailored to each person's skin, root causes and lifestyle and is shared before any treatment begins. The $55 consultation fee can be booked now and paid after the appointment.

In-person services include acne chemical peels, an acne facial, an acne peel-back, acne light therapy, microneedling with a Dermapen option, IPL photofacials, microdermabrasion and Thermo-lo. Acne peels include a full session of extractions before the final peel layer and usually bring mild flaking for one to three days. A series of four to eight peels is suggested for sun damage or acne, followed by maintenance every two to three months. Peels are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and a lactic peel is offered instead.

The Online Acne Program is a 16-week program delivered through the Clear Connection portal. It starts with a paid Skin Analysis and Personalized Solution video consultation at $55 and a free 15-minute Clear Skin Discovery Session as a first step. Clients check in with a Clear Skin Specialist every two weeks while the home care regimen is adjusted, and the program includes herbs, supplements and a customized nutritional guide. The full program averages $1,200 to $1,500, with a personal quote given during the online consultation. The 3-month Holistic Acne Program, averaging $600 to $675 with products, pairs an acne peel every two to three weeks with a regimen change at each visit and requires a 12 to 14 week commitment. Clients in that program must stop prescribed topical products and use only Clove Hill home care.

The clinic treats acne from both directions, addressing hormones, stress, digestion, daily habits and skincare together rather than relying on products alone. Plans are reviewed every two weeks because skin can adapt to topical products within two to three weeks.
