The menu is broad. Braids range from foundation and individual braids to knotless, Fulani and stitch styles, and freestyle designs are priced by design. Loc services cover starter locs, maintenance, interlocking, fusion or bonding for a permanent faux loc attachment, micro loc retie and comb-outs. Coils, twists, rod sets and Bantu knots are also offered, alongside blowouts, silk presses and organic color, highlights and root touch-ups.

Weaving includes sew-ins, closures, crochet and quick weaves. For weaves, the salon recommends quality bundles from Loxx or Indique, both in downtown Chicago, and does not recommend Amazon bundles or most beauty supply bundles, except for quick weaves. Prices start at $25 for an add-on haircut and $95 for several braid, loc and twist services, with micro locs starting at $800 and loc comb-outs at $1,000. Consultations cost $20.

Clients book, reschedule and cancel through a booking app. Braid appointments include a choice of natural shade, such as 1b or #2, which is arranged by texting the stylist. Same-day and last-minute bookings require a $50 deposit, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations are billed at the full price of the scheduled service. Hours are 9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to 9 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
