Visits are booked by appointment only, and the studio is open every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Prospective clients send a text request, and the practitioner confirms by text or phone. The precise studio address is shared only once the appointment is confirmed. Doors stay locked during treatments, so clients who arrive early are asked to wait outside or send a text ahead. On site are a relaxation room, two nail bars, two pedicure tubs, five hair stations and four treatment rooms.

The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, chakra balance, aromatherapy, fusion, Thai foot, and sports and performance massage, along with cupping, Speciality buccal and TMJ syndrome treatment, and themed options for the abdomen, lower body and head and neck. A relaxation Swedish massage with light to medium pressure is listed at $95 for 60 minutes, and deep tissue massage at $105 for 60 minutes. Chair massage is listed from $30 for 15 minutes. Facials are offered through Touch & Glow Esthetics Tuesday through Saturday, with facials listed from $80. Nail services include manicures, gel polish, gel-xpress and polygel full sets, gel overlays on natural nails, and paraffin add-ons. Pedicures come in express, classic callus and scrub, and Native Dreams Signature versions, and pedicures for two are also offered. Lash, brow and lip services are available as well.

Wellness services include acupuncture, Reiki, one-on-one yoga, coaching and hypnotherapy, with hypnotherapy sold in packages of 4, 6 or 8 sessions starting at $550 for 4. Mobile pedicures, nails, Reiki and yoga are available through a separate booking site. Payment is accepted by cash, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Cash or check, which the business says avoids card fees. Hair product shopping is by appointment and free of charge, and gift cards can be bought online and sent by email.
