Natick Prenatal Massage

The studio is in suite 121 at 209 West Central Street, sharing the space with Mind Body Spiritual Connections. Parking is metered on the street, and several public lots are nearby. It is open Sunday and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Monday from 10 AM to 4:45 PM, and it is closed Tuesday through Thursday.

Natick Prenatal grew out of Believe Bodyworks Massage For Women, which opened in 2018, and the studio was formed afterward. Bethany Lavallee founded it as a small independent business, and its focus is women at every stage of life, with massage for men also available.

Bookings are by appointment only, and same-day sessions are accepted only from established clients. First-time clients pay a deposit of half the session price, which is applied to that session. Sessions are spaced with a buffer, so back-to-back appointments are not usually scheduled. The studio does not sell memberships. Packages are available: three 90-minute massages for $405, or five 60-minute massages for $480 or five 90-minute massages for $555, all to be used within one year. Packages cannot be applied to fertility or Wise Woman massage. Virtual gift cards can be bought on the website.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice; otherwise half the appointment cost is charged, and a package session is deducted. A no-show is charged half the appointment fee and a first-time client's deposit is kept. Late arrivals may have their sessions shortened, and the full cost still applies. Clients with symptoms of illness such as fever, colds, flu or contagious conditions are asked to reschedule. The business reserves the right to decline service to anyone.

Prenatal massage is offered in 60- and 90-minute sessions at $115 and $155, given face-down on The Body Cushion System or side-lying. Fertility massage is $175 for roughly 90 to 120 minutes and combines massage, cranial-sacral work, reflexology, an aromatherapy oil blend and a castor oil abdominal treatment. All work is external and non-painful, and the business says it is intended to help increase the chances of conception. Wise Woman massage is also $175 and includes rosemary scalp massage, a shea butter facial massage, lymphatic leg work and a castor oil abdominal pack. Swedish style massage and Himalayan hot stone massage, with or without CBD oil, are offered at the same 60- and 90-minute prices as prenatal sessions.

Sessions are tailored to each client, and clients with questions about the timing or frequency of prenatal massage can request a personal phone consultation.
