Lash services are booked with a deposit of $15 to $20, and new clients pay $20 toward full sets and fills. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service cost, and a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment is charged 50% of the service to the card on file.

A Signature Full Set costs $120 and takes about 135 minutes, with time varying by natural lash density. The visit starts with a consultation to settle on style, curl, length and fullness. Refills need 40 to 50% of lashes still in place; with less, a full set is required. A Signature Touch Up ($45, 60 minutes) is only for clients whose last lash service was within the past week.

Waxing requires two to three weeks of hair growth before booking, and three weeks for Bikini Line and Brazilian waxes. Those two include aftercare product recommendations. A Wax Membership covers three services of the client's choice each month at a varying price, with fees due at checkout and monthly invoices from the start date; cancellation is handled by contacting the business. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The business also sells gift cards and runs a shop.

Services are tailored to the client: brow shaping is adjusted to the face and personal preferences, and full lash sets begin with a consultation on the look wanted.
