Haircuts are offered for children under 12, men and women, and styling is available as a blowout and style service, with a longer appointment for the blowout. Waxing covers sideburns, upper lip, and half or full arms and legs.

For clients who color their hair regularly, the Root Touch-Up Membership covers root touch-up in a single color, up to once a week, for $75 per month. Members book appointments as usual, and membership benefits are applied at checkout in person. The membership does not include blowout and styling, and booking in advance is required. The salon states a saving of $405 on the membership.

The salon accepts payment through its booking site and in store. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible, since a 20% cancellation fee applies.
