A visit usually starts with a conversation about the client's goals and a skin analysis. Every first visit includes a consultation, and a treatment plan is drawn up at that appointment. Facial products and steps are chosen on the day for the client's skin. Clients booking chemical peels or microneedling receive pre-treatment guidance when they book, and every treatment ends with aftercare advice and home-care suggestions.
The menu covers facials, including customized facials, dermaplaning and HydraFacial, which the business says combines cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extractions and hydration with no downtime. Skin treatments include chemical peels made with professional-grade acids matched to skin type, microneedling, microdermabrasion using diamond-tip exfoliation, and back treatments for congestion and breakouts.
