The menu is built around protective braid styles. Cornrows, Senegalese twists, boho knotless, goddess braids, French curl braids, box braids, Fulani braids, knotless braids, lemonade braids and micro braids are all listed, with starting prices from $200 to $280. Appointment lengths range from about two hours for Fulani braids to six hours for French curl braids. Signature braiding includes Nassi Pre-Stretched hair in colors 1, 1B, 2 and 4 in the price, and a custom color add-on is available for ombre or bright shades when booking.

Booking requires a non-refundable 20% deposit, with the remaining 80% due at the salon. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours ahead, and deposits can move to a new date only if the change is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed, detangled and stretched or blown out. If stylists need to detangle or stretch hair, a detangling fee of $30 per hour applies. Clients may bring their own Nassi Hair extensions instead of using the salon's hair. Children may only be present if they are receiving a service.

The business says it uses medical-grade sanitizing on its tools after every use, and that stylists take part in monthly training. Services are not refunded once the client has left the salon. The salon also sells hair care products and extensions, and ships nationwide.
