Lash services include full sets in Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles, Volume and Megavolume sets, lash lifts with tint, and foreign fills for lashes applied elsewhere. Full sets take about 3 to 3 hours 15 minutes, and lash appointments generally run 1 to 3 hours. Lash extensions are applied one by one, and clients lie on a massage table with a blanket during the appointment. Lashes last up to 2 to 3 weeks before a fill is needed, and fills are offered at 2 to 3 week and 3 to 4 week intervals in Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles.

Brow work includes waxing with hard wax, which does not need cotton strips, and brow tint offered in several shades. Brow lamination is available alone or with tint included, and henna can be added up to a week after lamination. Henna brows last about 2 to 3 weeks on skin and 4 to 6 weeks on hair, while brow tint lasts 2 to 4 weeks on hair. Brow lamination lasts around 4 to 6 weeks, and maintenance visits every 4 to 6 weeks are recommended. Some clients with sensitive skin may feel irritation for the first two days after lamination.

Clients can book online or by text, and clients who want both brows and lashes can request both for the same appointment. Clients who already have lash work from another salon need a lash fill consultation before booking a fill. Arrive without eye makeup, sunscreen or moisturizer, and without curled lashes or mascara. Wear glasses or remove contact lenses before a lash visit. A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule, or a cancellation fee applies. Oil-free makeup is allowed with extensions, but mascara is not, and a lash bath cleanser and cotton-free pads are recommended for removing eye makeup.
