The full-set menu covers short, medium, long or XL, and freestyle sets, along with refills for short and medium sets and a separate refill for long or XL sets. Acrylic overlays go over natural nails, and French tip short sets are available. Encapsulated nails have glitter or similar items set inside the acrylic. Other add-ons include 3D acrylic flowers, cartoon designs and nail art, which is added to a full set or refill. Color changes and nail repairs are short appointments.

Manicures include filing and shaping of natural nails, cuticle work, a massage and gel color. Spa pedicures come in two versions, one with gel color and one with acrylic toes. Both include cuticle work, nail clipping and filing, a foot soak, a tropical scrub, a cream mask, a massage and a hot towel. Acrylic toes and their refills are also offered, and French tips can be added to the toe services for an extra $10.

There is a princess service for children ages 6 to 11, which uses a press-on set with a design or stickers and no acrylic. Wedding packages cover the bride and either two, four or six bridesmaids, using short full sets and nail art. The bride gets a free pre-trial with each package. The business also offers house calls, and a traveling fee applies in New Bedford, Fall River and Westport.

Most appointments require a deposit, ranging from $10 for a soak off to $20 for most full sets, with larger deposits for travel and wedding packages. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible so it can reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and customers need approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200 or a custom amount, can be scheduled for a future date, and are final sale.
