Full sets come in four styles, from a single lash on each natural lash through to handmade fans of up to 20 very fine lashes per natural lash. Full sets run from 120 to 150 minutes and cost $200 to $260. New clients pay a $50 deposit for full sets. Fills are for existing clients only and run 75 to 90 minutes, priced by style. Extended Fills cover fills done three or more weeks after the last appointment. A transition fill from another artist needs at least 50% of the previous lashes to remain, otherwise a full set is booked instead. Lash extension removal takes 20 minutes and includes a lash cleanse.

Booking policies are firm. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the reserved fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Appointments booked within 24 hours must be canceled at least 4 hours ahead to avoid that charge. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, which counts as a cancellation, and late arrivals keep the original end time, so the service is shortened without a price reduction. A card is kept on file for these charges. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are also sold.
