Appointments can be booked up to 30 days ahead. A credit card deposit is needed to secure a booking, and prepaid cards are not accepted. The remaining balance can be paid by Zelle, credit card or cash. Every client completes an intake form before the first visit.

The business notes that some services may run longer than the scheduled time so the work can be finished to a high standard. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee, which equals the full price of the service. Cancellation, reschedule and no-show fees are charged to the card on file.

Children, extra guests and pets are not permitted at appointments. With a client's permission, photos or videos from visits may be used to promote the business. The site also hosts blog posts on hair care topics such as hair textures, shedding and detangling.

The studio says it allows extra time where needed so services can be completed with care.
