Services are by appointment only and can be booked through Vagaro. Hours run Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, with the studio closed on Sundays.

New clients complete an intake form before their first visit. It asks about eye health, any past lash extensions, adhesive or cosmetic allergies, and what they hope to achieve with their lashes. A referral program gives both the person who refers and the new client a credit.

Every appointment begins with a look at the natural lashes. Extensions are chosen and placed to suit each client's own lashes, so those lashes can grow and shed without damage. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and the fill length depends on how much regrowth there is or how full the set is.

Extensions are mapped to each client's natural lashes so they can grow and shed without damage, and the Healthy Lash Method, which covers a lash line assessment, weight-matched application and a retention treatment, is standard on every appointment rather than an add-on.
