Narcissus is a medical aesthetics clinic in downtown Seattle, doing business as Narcissus Aesthetics, P.C. The name refers to the Greek myth of Narcissus and the daffodil. The clinic is scheduled to open in late summer 2026.
The clinic was founded by Natalie Nguyen and Bradley Harmon, who were both working in healthcare before starting it. Natalie is a nurse practitioner and the medical director, and Bradley is a registered nurse and co-founder. The clinic describes its own approach as blending clinical precision with aesthetic restraint.
Treatments are planned around the face as a whole. Each one begins with an assessment of facial structure, movement and natural expression. Botox is used for lines caused by repeated facial movement, while filler is used for volume loss, shape and contour. Filler work is conservative and anatomy-driven, with MD Codes used in treatment planning, and results are meant to be noticeable without looking overdone. Filler typically lasts about 6 to 24 months, depending on the area, metabolism, lifestyle and product, and lips tend to wear off faster than cheeks or jawline.
A visit starts with a complimentary consultation, which is required before any treatment. New clients also receive a comprehensive good faith exam as part of it. Treatments for new patients are built gradually. Most patients describe the procedure as a quick pinch, and medical-grade numbing cream and distraction tools are available. Downtime is generally minimal, though redness, swelling or light bruising can occur depending on the treatment. Curated skin rituals are multi-treatment plans shaped after the consultation and spread over a series of visits, and the clinic recommends booking them at least two weeks before an event. Appointments can be booked through Boulevard, by phone, text, email or in person. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and missed appointments carry a $75 fee, and a $75 booking deposit may be required and is applied to the total if the visit is kept. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients are not treated.
The salon takes a clinical, evidence-minded approach aimed at long-term skin health. The goal is to bring out a client's natural features rather than alter them.
