Loc care is a large part of the menu. Nappi Route Loc Maintenance includes a shampoo, deep conditioning and an oil treatment. A detox, clarifying, antiseptic and steam treatment takes about 45 minutes, during which the locs soak for roughly five minutes before a deep conditioner, steam and hot oil treatment. Smaller add-ons cover loc repair for a loc that has come out, scalp massage, steam with shampoo, and detox or antiseptic rinses.

New clients pay a deposit and complete a consultation before their first visit. Loc appointments need 48 hours' notice, and a deposit is forfeited for changes made with less notice. Client deposits are non-refundable. Clients get a five-minute grace period; arriving 5 to 10 minutes late carries a $15 fee, 11 to 14 minutes late carries a $25 fee and the service is modified, and 15 minutes or more late cancels the appointment. Guests are not allowed, and items needed for a service should be booked ahead or an upcharge applies.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
