Walk-ins are not accepted, so guests book ahead online, by phone, or by text. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 4 PM, with Sundays closed. Text questions can be sent to 815.212.3820.

Several policies apply. A 50% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and arriving 15 minutes late means rescheduling and a charge of 30% of the booked service. Card payments carry a 3.5% service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final.

Nail art is priced per nail from $5 depending on design detail, and a Halloween and fall artist's-choice model is offered at no set price.
