Acrylic and gel work includes removals, fills, overlays and acrylic sets in short, medium and long lengths. Gel options include Gel X, Bare Gel-X, hard gel and Kokoist builder gel, and a builder boost can add a thin gel base to natural nails. Nail art ranges from chrome and French tips to regular designs for one or two nails, detailed designs for three to five nails, and freestyle designs across all five fingers with up to two charm or bling accents.

Hand and foot services are a larger part of the menu. The San Diego Hands add-on includes a scrub, paraffin wax, a lotion massage and a hot towel, and the San Diego Feet pedicure adds a detox mask and hot stone massage. The Nano Flex pedicure repairs toenails with a flexible gel before the pedicure. Dazzle Dry is the salon's polish system: it dries in about five minutes and comes off with regular acetone. According to the salon, it wears up to 7 to 14 days without chipping and is free from reactive ingredients found in gel and dip systems.

New clients pay a deposit on many services, typically between $10 and $30. A $30 fee applies to appointments booked after 9 PM and to appointments on federal holidays. A $10 late fee applies five minutes after the appointment time and $15 after ten minutes, and appointments are canceled as no-shows after fifteen minutes. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full fee. Services are not offered to minors, even with an adult present, and booking means agreeing to the salon's policies.

Among its nail options, the salon features Dazzle Dry as a polish alternative. According to the salon, it contains none of the reactive components typically used in gel and dip products.
