Missed appointments without notice are recorded as no-shows, and rebooking after a last-minute cancellation requires a non-refundable deposit of up to the full price of the missed service. Cancellation fees must be paid before future bookings and cannot be applied as credit. Services are non-transferable and cannot be changed or exchanged on the day. Clients are asked to arrive on time, and arriving more than five minutes late may lead to cancellation or a modified service. Booking an appointment means accepting these policies.
