The salon uses its own liquid-crystal emulsion system, which it says limits damage from alkaline treatments. A Mineral Care System launched in 2024 uses finely milled minerals for damaged and aging hair. The rest of the menu covers cuts for women, men and children, color, highlights and balayage, head spa, lashes, manicures and pedicures. Free consultations are available on request.
Prices vary by store and by stylist, so the booking platform asks clients to talk with their stylist before a service. According to the Japanese menu, stylist nomination is ¥1,100, manager ¥3,300 and owner ¥5,500. Perm appointments need a 50 percent deposit, which is not refunded if the hair is bleached, and perm deposits must be cancelled by phone. Bleach services require a consultation first. Gel removal is free in the salon, while removing gel applied elsewhere costs $20. The Los Angeles salon offers a 10-day redo of the same service for clients who are unhappy with the result, and it accepts cash, check and major credit cards. The salon says its average customer spend is about ¥15,000 and its repeat rate is 98 percent.
Umeda, Takarazuka, Otsu-Zeze and the Canadian location are open 10:00 to 19:00 and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except the fifth Tuesday of the month. The salon also runs stylist training programs and aims for stylists to debut within about two years. A training opportunity in Los Angeles is available for people who want to work overseas, with help with US licensing and visa support.
