Clients can book online through the booking page, and payments are accepted there. The business is open Monday to Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Thursday to Saturday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Before a brow wax, clients are asked to avoid retinol, tretinoin, AHAs, BHAs and other exfoliating products around the brows, and not to trim or shape them beforehand. Brow services are not recommended for skin that is extremely dry, irritated, peeling or sensitive, and clients with a sunburn or a recent chemical peel or microneedling are asked to reschedule.
