The facial menu includes a 50-minute Red Carpet Glowing Express (offered only as an add-on to a pedicure), a quick Glowing Express, a Signature Facial, a Signature Dermaplaning Facial, a Microcurrent Lift Facial using the MyoLift TriWave device, a Corrective Peel, and a microneedling treatment with Fusion Meso Serum followed by LED light. Every facial includes a bust treatment, and the salon uses the Nelly De Vuyst skincare line throughout. The salon notes that the brand is COSMOS Organic certified in over 150 countries, Leaping Bunny certified and cruelty-free, and backed by more than 45 years of clinical results.

Nail services range from dry manicures finished with e-file cuticle care and an unscented organic lotion to hard gel overlays using Bio Sculpture Hard Gel, refilled every three weeks, and EVO Gel that is soaked off at every visit. Gel-X manicures use Apres full-cover soft gel tips that can be removed without damaging the natural nail. Pedicures include the hammam-inspired Mind and Beauty, the 55 to 75 minute Golden Aura with a milk and honey mask, and the 70 to 100 minute Touch of Soul with massage and hot stone therapy. Men are welcome for any nail service, including the Gentleman Dry Manicure.

Booking requires a valid credit card to guarantee every reservation, whether made online, by phone, or in person. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Groups of three or more pay a 50% deposit at booking, and a 20% gratuity is added to the total. Payment is by card or Apple Pay only, and gift cards cannot be used to secure appointments or cover fees. Guests under 10 can use the children's menu, and anyone under 18 needs a parent, guardian, or signed consent form. The Wellness Annual Pass gives 15% off most services across the year, excluding nail enhancements and Russian manicures.

The salon emphasizes sanitation and gentle product choices, describing its hygiene standards as hospital-grade, using hospital-grade autoclaves and single-use files and buffers, and offering fragrance-free creams for sensitive skin. It does not recommend regular polish on hands.
