The spa is boutique-sized and works by appointment. Its treatment menu is built around corrective skincare, with facials sorted by concern and a separate track for acne, including a multi-visit acne correction program that asks clients to return every two weeks.

Each visit starts with a new client consultation or, for acne, a virtual consultation that can be booked online. Estheticians tailor the treatment to the skin they see, and clients are given home care guidance alongside the in-spa work. The spa says its estheticians use current techniques and products, and that its acne and corrective services are results-driven.

The range of services runs from short add-ons and 20-minute spot treatments to longer facials and medical grade peels. Advanced options include TCA-based treatment for ice pick and boxcar scars, microchanneling with stainless steel points, an oxygen-enzyme peel and The Perfect SkIN-10 Peel, several of which are reserved for clients who have already had treatment at the spa and follow a prescribed home care regimen.

Body and intimate services include Backcial and Buttcial treatments for the back and buttocks, a vajacial for the bikini area, a signature full body scrub and DMK enzyme body masques in small and large area versions. Sugaring is sized by area, from a tiny Smidge of Sugar up to a Pour of Sugar for extra-large zones, with Brazilian sugaring for women and for men.

Booking runs online, by phone or through the client text portal. Reservations require a 50% non-refundable fee for online and in-house bookings, and a non-refundable fee payable within 15 minutes of the confirmation for phone bookings. Clients who are not checked in within 15 minutes of their start time are charged the full service total and the appointment is cancelled. Walk-ins are not guaranteed, though same-day visits may be fit in when the schedule allows.
