Naked. operates as a locally owned studio within The Wellness Club, a group of separate businesses that together offer one-stop self-care. The studio says its name reflects a commitment to openness about every treatment. According to the business, it was named a 2025 Nextdoor Neighborhood FAVE winner.

Treatments are planned around each person. A free consultation assesses needs and recommends a plan, and pricing depends on the treatment, the size of the area and the number of sessions, and is set at that consultation. Areas range from small spots such as ears and the upper lip to extra large ones such as full legs or a full back. Many treatments run over several visits: the studio recommends at least 6 to 9 laser hair removal sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, and 3 to 6 IPL skin rejuvenation sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart. Pigmentation and superficial scar work also usually takes multiple sessions, and according to the studio, melasma often needs 8 to 10. Tattoo removal is done in a series spaced 8 weeks apart.

The studio uses a Lumenis Stellar M22 system for its light and laser treatments and says it has a partnership with Lumenis, an aesthetic technology company. It describes its equipment as FDA-approved and credits Lumenis with bringing IPL technology to market first. A Q-switched Nd:YAG laser is used for melasma and for skin rejuvenation on darker skin tones (Fitzpatrick types 5 and 6). The IPL acne treatment targets acne-causing bacteria, oil production and inflammation, but the studio notes it is not suitable for cystic acne. Scar improvement is likewise limited to superficial scars and is not suited to deep scars.

Practical policies: cancellations made with 24 hours' notice receive a full refund, otherwise a $30 charge applies. Laser hair removal clients are asked to shave the treated area 24 hours before the appointment, and in-office shaving carries an extra fee. Payment is accepted by card, cash, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle, and through Cherry payment plans. According to the studio, Cherry plans include 0% APR options subject to eligibility, interest-bearing plans from 5.99% APR, and approvals of up to $50,000 with no hard credit checks or hidden fees. Gift certificates usable toward skincare and services start at $25.
