The pedicure menu runs from a dry e-file option to a wet pedicure with cuticle care, shaping, buffing and polish, and on to spa-style versions. The Chai and Vanilla Latte pedicure includes a warm soak, spiced scrub and massage, and the Upscale Relaxation pedicure adds lavender salt, a bath bomb, a foot wrap and a hot stone massage. Naior B's Dior Spa Manicure uses Dior products and is available only as an add-on.

Prices are starting rates, and clients are asked to confirm the total with the salon. Long and extra long nails on extensions and fills carry an additional fee. Gel-X fills are handled case by case and may be limited to two fills after a full set. Very creative nail sets are quoted from a starting rate, and clients are asked to send inspiration photos before booking. The salon does not remove acrylic; clients are directed to a salon that specializes in acrylic removal. Product removal is offered, including for first-time clients coming from another salon.

The salon opens at 10:00 am on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Wednesday runs until 9:00 pm, though late evening slots are booked by appointment only. Thursday through Saturday close at 7:00 pm, and Sunday closes at 4:00 pm. The salon is shut on Mondays and Tuesdays. Manicures for children up to age 13 are available, and a non-toxic polish can be chosen. For junior tech appointments, a licensed nail technician who is still developing their skills works under the salon's supervision, and these visits can take longer than usual.
