New clients can book a longer first appointment, about 110 minutes. It starts with a check of the nail health, a conversation about what the client wants from their nails, and ideas for nail art, followed by a base service of the client's choice. Returning clients book the service they want directly.

The menu covers a no-gel e-file manicure, soft gel and hard gel applications, and Gel X enhancements that add length and strength using the Apres Gel X System. Soak-off removal and single-nail repairs are also offered.

Booking terms are clear. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full booked service, as are no-call, no-show appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $150 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
