Openings are posted once a month, on the last Friday, for the following month.
Booking requires a $10.60 non-refundable deposit, of which $10 goes toward the service and $0.60 is a processing fee. Confirmations arrive by text the day before the appointment, and the address is texted once the appointment is confirmed. Remaining balances are paid in cash or by Zelle, and exact change is requested.
Timing matters at this studio. Clients are expected to arrive on time, and an appointment is cancelled if a client is 15 minutes late, which forfeits the deposit. Printed service times are approximate and can run long, so clients should plan extra time. Bathroom breaks and extra guests are not allowed during appointments, and no-call no-shows lose the ability to book.
Valerie only works on nails she has done herself, so repairs, refills and soak-offs apply to sets from this studio. First-time clients come in with bare, undamaged nails. A new design or color means booking a new set with a soak-off, or arriving with bare nails.
Damage that appears within seven days of a fresh set or refill qualifies for a free repair if the client reaches out as soon as possible. Repairs requested after seven days carry a charge.
Work is limited to nails done at this studio, which keeps refills, repairs and soak-offs consistent from one visit to the next.
