Beyond client appointments, the business offers mentorship classes for nail technicians. The Foundationz tutorial is a one-hour beginner session in which the mentee masters one technique of their choice. The Elevationz tutorial is a one-hour class for advanced learners who cover up to three techniques, roughly 20 to 30 minutes each. The EZ Nailz tutorial is a one-hour class for working nail professionals who learn any technique they choose. The NailzBiz tutorial is a one-hour session open to any level, covering professionalism, branding, advertising and marketing, client retention, resume building, and investing in yourself.

Appointments are required. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Mentorship invoices are sent within 48 hours of a request and include the terms of agreement. They must be paid in full at least one week before the session, or the business may cancel or reschedule. A late start does not reduce the rate, and same-day cancellations or reschedules by the mentee forfeit payment as a cancellation fee.

Gift cards are sold in amounts of $25, $50, $100, $150 or $200, or in another amount the buyer chooses. They never expire and can be sent to another person with a personal message and a chosen delivery date and time.
