Stephanie Sosa works as the nail tech at NailzBySosa and has worked in nails full time since October 2023. The business centers on nail art made for each client, with healthy natural nails kept in view throughout the work.

Visits are by appointment only and are booked through the online scheduling page, where a card number is required. New openings are released on the 15th and 30th of each month. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5:30pm, with Sunday and Monday hours varying. Payment is accepted in cash or by Zelle.

Some policies affect how a visit goes. Nails with severe cracks, bleeding or open wounds are not serviced, and service may be declined if the nail beds are badly damaged. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late should let the business know, since the service may be shortened to fit the remaining time. A missed appointment that wasn't cancelled through the booking site is charged the full price of the service, and any unpaid no-show fee must be settled before another appointment is held. After repeated cancellations or reschedules, a deposit of half the service total secures the next booking. If someone has had nails done elsewhere between appointments for a set booked in advance, a soak off is added to the visit, and clients are asked to book a soak off rather than removing a set from another tech.
