Acrylic work is booked as either a refill or a full set. A basic refill covers one or two refills on a freshly applied set within a three-week window, provided there is no lifting, cracking, separation, repair or rebalancing needed. Refills past five weeks, or on sets older than a month, are not considered basic and may be priced differently because of the nail structure. Full acrylic sets are generally removed every three to four months, and structure manicure full sets every five to six months, so the natural nails can be assessed. Structure manicures follow similar refill rules, with up to four refills on a fresh set in the same window.

Pedicures come in three forms: an express cuticle-only pedicure with gel color change, a dry spa pedicure and a water spa pedicure. The price of a spa pedicure may change if the sole has heavy buildup. Sets that need repairs, reshaping, extra product or rebalancing take additional time and labor, which is reflected in the cost.

Removal needs a longer arrival window: clients booking acrylic removal should arrive one hour early, and builder gel removal requires arriving one hour and fifteen minutes early. Grace periods do not apply to removal, so being on time matters. Emergency nail repair can only be booked on Tuesday and Wednesday between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, and bookings outside that window are removed. Appointments cannot be set for 9:00 am or 10:00 am.

Nail art is quoted from a starting price that moves up or down with design complexity, and freestyle sets are priced individually. Clients can share a budget ahead of time and send inspiration photos before the appointment so the quote is accurate. Encapsulated nails, which embed decorative art in translucent acrylic, are offered only on acrylic sets and require a new set.
