The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Thursday from 8 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Mondays. Returning clients can book fills about three to four weeks after a previous set, or rebalances about five to six weeks after, for upkeep of builder gel and Gel X. The portfolio shows examples of Gel X full sets, Poly Gel full sets, and builder gel fills and rebalances. Booking guidance on which services suit different clients is shared on Instagram under @nailzandshiz.
Nail art, French tips, chrome, cat-eye, aura, repetitive designs, the Modified Russian Manicure and nail fixes are not part of the base prices and are chosen separately when booking. Charms and 3D embellishments are available as add-ons for Gel X services. The salon also lists gift cards and a shop on its website.
Cancellation terms are set out clearly: arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation with a 100% service fee, same-day cancellations carry a 50% fee, and no-shows carry a 100% fee. After three consecutive cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals, future appointments can no longer be booked.
Visits are meant to feel comfortable and personal, with clients given room to say what they want and feel heard.
