The studio describes its manicure and pedicure work as premium and performed by experienced professionals, and it says affordability is central to how it prices. It describes its hard gel enhancements as nontoxic, fume free and longer lasting, and says most of its clients have moved to hard gel. Because of allergy concerns it cites, it offers only limited acrylic services.

Services are grouped into combo packages, custom nail work, manicures and pedicures. Combos range from $40 to $100 and must be chosen from the combo list, with no add-ons offered at the appointment. A soak-off and basic manicure combo takes 1 hour 25 minutes at $40, while the full set deluxe and pedicure deluxe combo takes 2 hours 35 minutes at $100.

Booking is online with a $15 non-refundable, transferable deposit that is credited toward the service when the appointment is kept. Clients are asked to give 12 to 24 hours notice to cancel. No-call no-shows must pay a $20 cancel risk deposit before booking again, with $10 credited to the service, and future appointments are removed after two no-call no-shows. Children are not permitted, the doors stay locked, and clients sign a safety waiver and use hand sanitizer on arrival. The studio is open 8 am to 8 pm and closed on Mondays and Sundays.

The studio also runs an apprentice training program covering book training, hands-on training and state board preparation. Courses run two terms a year with two apprentices per term, and the program says a license can be earned in as little as six months. Applications are taken in December for term one and June for term two. Positions are open to licensed or graduating students and include free booth rent and promotion tools.

The studio uses hard gel and Polygel products it describes as nontoxic and fume free, and it limits acrylic services because of allergy concerns it cites.
