Booking is online only, and a deposit is taken through Cash App, PayPal or Square, including by credit or debit card. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance is paid in cash at the service, or by card, Cash App or PayPal with a $3 fee. Appointments booked without a deposit are cancelled. Changes need at least 72 hours' notice; shorter notice forfeits the deposit. Arriving 15 minutes late adds a $15 late fee, and arriving 20 minutes or more late cancels the appointment, with a new deposit needed to rebook. Fills booked more than 21 days after the previous service carry a $20 charge. The calendar opens monthly on the 15th for bookings in the following month.

Clients should expect a focused visit. There is no waiting area, so clients are asked not to arrive early and to leave promptly after their service. No extra guests are allowed, including children, though two clients may attend together if both are being serviced. Services are offered to ages 13 and up. Phones should be hands-free during service and should not be placed on the nail station, and meals are not allowed during appointments, though drinks with lids are fine. The salon is not responsible for personal items left at the station.

Technicians do not complete fills or full sets on nails started by another technician, so clients with another salon's nails need a soak off or removal booked before the appointment. Custom nail art must be requested by text in advance, with three pictures or ideas, and cannot be requested at the appointment. Standard nail art includes one gel polish color and one free style design on two fingers with a full set or fill; French tips, crystals, chrome and other embellishments are not part of it. A nail classes option with a kit included runs four hours and is listed at $750.

Appointments follow a strict schedule so that services are not rushed. Conversation is kept minimal during service, and clients can ask for a quiet session on arrival, with the TV left on.
