Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit, paid through the website at the time of booking and applied toward the total. Bookings made by text follow the same deposit rule, and an appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. If an appointment is rescheduled, the deposit moves with it, but it must be paid before the new date to hold the spot.
Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and late arrivals should contact the salon right away. Appointments not reached within 10 minutes of the scheduled time are canceled and must be rebooked with a new deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead forfeit the deposit, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 50% of the remaining balance. Clients who arrive feeling unwell with visible symptoms are turned away and charged the same-day cancellation fee.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Parking is in the driveway, while street parking is at the client's own risk. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 1 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 9 PM.
Designs are shaped around each client's chosen look, and many art-heavy sets are priced according to how complex the design is.
