The menu is organized into manicures, pedicures, add-ons for each, kids' services, facial hair cleaning and nail extensions. Manicures run from a regular polish change at $18 up to a dip polish manicure at $60, with gel options in between. The V.I.P Boss Style Pedicure, priced at $80, includes a paraffin wax wrap. Menu prices can shift with length, designs and time, so clients are asked to confirm the price with their nail tech before service begins.

Children may come in with a parent or guardian, who is asked to look after them during the visit. Cancellations need advance notice, and arriving 10 minutes or more after an appointment time turns the booking into a walk-in. The salon does not offer refunds on services but says it will try to resolve any problem, and clients who are unhappy are asked to speak with the manager right away. Staff may refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude, the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards, and clients pay for any salon products they damage. Gift certificates are available.

Disposable liners are used for each client to limit cross-contamination. Ingrown toenail cutting is done only at the client's request, and the salon is not responsible for any problems that follow.

The salon says it aims to pair high-quality products with skilled technique at affordable prices.
