The studio was opened by Jenny, the owner and nail technician, in 2022. She says it was fully booked with a waitlist within two months of opening. Most clients return every three to four weeks for maintenance, and the salon keeps a waitlist that sends a text when a spot opens.

A visit starts with a booking and a valid credit card, which secures the appointment and is charged at the end of the service. Complimentary drinks are offered. The salon describes its space as cozy and clean. Prices and service time can change with the condition, length or added work on the nails, and any adjustments are discussed before work begins.

Nails Please also runs live Russian manicure and pedicure classes for people who want to learn the method.
