The salon has clear booking rules. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late lose their appointment and are charged the full price of the booked service. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full price, and a missed appointment with no cancellation is also charged in full. Clients are asked to let the salon know if they expect to be late.
New clients are asked to come in with bare nails and a photo of the look they have in mind.
