The salon says its aim is to offer a pampering visit and to enhance each client's natural beauty. It states that its products are high quality and come from well-known beauty industry manufacturers. Manicure and pedicure treatments use products built around ingredients such as coconut milk, pearl and rose petals, lemongrass, green tea and cherry blossom.
Manicures and pedicures both include a trim, a basic shape, cuticle care, a buff, a warm towel and polish. Pedicures are always done with liner protection. Buffers and files are single-use and thrown away after one use, and tools, equipment and electrical instruments are cleaned and disinfected through an approved process before they are used again.
Enhancement services cover gel, Gel-X, builder gel, acrylic and dipping powder, and the price varies with length and shape. On the booking page, Gel-X sets run from $65 for short and medium to $100 for extra extra long, and a Gel-X fill for sets two weeks old is $60. Builder gel sets are $65 without tips and $70 with tips. Enhancement services include a minor cuticle trim. Repairs to acrylic, gel, Gel-X or dip powder are fixed at no extra cost if a chip, crack, lift or break appears within 7 days. The warranty does not apply to regular polish services.
Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 5 hours ahead. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late without notice, the salon may cancel or reschedule the appointment and cannot guarantee immediate service. Some services show different cash and credit card prices on the website; the credit card price is the second figure listed.
