NailsByZell is owned by Mozelle London and operates from a suite on Hemlock Avenue in Moreno Valley. The salon is open Monday through Saturday with hours that vary by day, and it is closed on Sundays.

The menu covers hands, feet and extensions. Manicures include nail shaping, cuticle care, light buffing and a polish of the client's choice, finished with cuticle oil and lotion. Pedicures add a foot soak, trimming and shaping, callus care and a massage. Gel-X sets use soft gel tips applied over the natural nail, while poly gel, a hybrid of acrylic and gel, can be used to lengthen nails or as a protective overlay. Acrylic full sets come with a solid gel polish, but soak-off is not included and must be booked separately. Children can book a gentle service with a warm soak, massage, light filing if needed and a glitter topper, and cuticles are not cut during it.

Themed and custom work is available too. Halloween sets require a $10 deposit for new clients, and recreation sets, which are for recreating a set the client already has, require a $35 deposit. The salon also sells a cracked heel balm for dry, cracked heels, which it describes as softening calluses and says is made with pure, all-natural ingredients.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean hands and feet and at least 10 minutes early. Appointments are held for 10 minutes before being treated as no-shows. Late arrivals shorten the service and may need a reduced appointment at the full price. A 70% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 12 hours. Changes can be made by phone at 951-796-9771 or by email. Refunds are not offered, but a client who is unhappy can return for a fix if they contact the salon within 2 days, and a lost enhancement or chipped or lifting nails within 2 days qualifies for a free repair.
