First-time guests can book the New Client Special, a full recreation set with charms on four nails. Returning guests may request a soak-off, but only for Nailsbyzee sets; the salon won't remove work that another technician applied.

Beginner training is offered one-on-one or as a two-day course. The one-on-one option runs about 300 minutes with lunch included and covers acrylic application, prep, shaping, removal and sanitation; a training kit is included. The two-day course runs about 480 minutes with lunch included and covers the same topics.

Appointment changes should be made by calling the shop as early as possible, and an appointment can be rescheduled once; any further change needs a new deposit. Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment, or not arriving, results in a 30% cancellation fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment. Custom work is central here: for freestyle sets, the tech decides shape, color and design, and beginner training is offered for anyone who wants to learn acrylic application.
