The menu runs from gel manicures and gel removals to soak-off service, shape and buff, and fix appointments. Longer work includes hard gel fills and overlays, Gel-X extension sets, and builder gel, including a Japanese builder gel option. Starting prices are listed for each service, and housecall visits start at $75. Reviews on the home page praise the artists and the care taken with natural nails.

Appointments are booked through the studio's GlossGenius booking page. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. A valid card may be required on file to cover late cancellations and no-shows.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 7 days ahead by phone or email keeps the original deposit as a credit, and rebooking requires a new $30 deposit. Closer to the appointment, the deposit is forfeited, and within 8 business hours a fee of 50% of the service cost applies. Within 2 business hours the full service cost is charged and the booking is treated as a no-show. Clients may reschedule once per appointment; a second reschedule forfeits the deposit.

A 15-minute grace period applies to all appointments. A $15 late fee applies at 15 minutes late and a $30 late fee at 30 minutes late. If a client arrives late, the service or nail design may be adjusted to fit the remaining time.

Complimentary repairs are offered for chipping, lifting, pop-offs or smudging when requested within 5 days of the appointment. Repairs do not cover nails that rip, tear or break from everyday wear, accidents or poor care, and design changes are not included. Repair requests made after 5 days are handled as a new service and may carry a fee.

Cash is preferred, and card payments are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee plus sales tax as required. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Nail art is central to the studio's philosophy, with each set treated as a creative piece.
