The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM. Services range from a 10-minute nail fix or nail art appointment to a 60-minute acrylic or dip powder full set. A full pedicure takes about 40 minutes and includes a foot soak, exfoliation, nail care and polish.

VIP memberships are arranged by appointment only. Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount. They can be set to arrive on a chosen future date with an optional message, and gift card sales are final.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 5% cancellation fee applies, and clients are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.
