Every appointment is booked online. After booking, a $25 deposit is due within the same window, paid through Cash App with a $1 processing fee added. The deposit is non-refundable, and if it is not paid in time the appointment is not kept. A card is required to book but is not charged. The rest of the service price is paid in cash at the appointment, since cash is the only accepted payment on the day.

The studio sends the address on the day of the appointment, so clients need to provide a working phone number and email when they book. Extra guests and children are not permitted at appointments.

The studio offers soak-off services and uses colored powders and shellac. It does not work over another technician's existing nail work.

Attendance rules are firm. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a $25 late fee applies and the appointment is cancelled after 15 minutes. Cancellations are asked for at least 72 hours ahead. A cancellation made after that, or a no-call, no-show, can result in the full price being charged, a $50 rebooking fee after a cancellation, and in some cases a block from booking, with the full amount charged to the card on file. Rescheduling into another month voids the deposit.
