Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean reduced services, removed nail art or cancellation. Changes need at least 24 hours notice, and extra guests and children are only allowed with advance approval.

Gel services include a Lux Gel Manicure at $85 that runs 75 minutes, with a chrome or cat eye finish available for $10 more and a sugar scrub with hot towels and steam for $20 more.
