Denisha Latimore owns the studio and does the nail work herself. Safety and sanitation come first. If a client's nails look too unhealthy to work with, she may decline the service.
Longer appointments are relaxed. Clients are welcome to bring a movie, headphones, music, a book or a podcast, and conversation is welcome too. Flash designs are offered to new clients who arrive with bare nails, and they are chosen from seven options shown in an Instagram story highlight. The studio's policies are posted on Instagram, which the studio says is the most accurate source, so the website may lag behind.
Booking carries a few rules. Cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment time, or not showing up without a call, is charged the full price of the scheduled service. After a second last-minute cancellation, a $25 deposit is required for each future booking, which goes toward the service. A $25 reschedule fee is listed on the services page. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Monday and Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 8:30 PM, and closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Safety and sanitation are the top priority, and the studio may turn away clients whose nails appear too unhealthy to work with.
A relaxed, conversational setting where clients can bring their own entertainment to longer sessions.
