Hours run Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early for check-in.

The pedicure menu is one of the more detailed parts of the salon's offering. The Express Pedicure takes 20 minutes and covers trimming, shaping, filing, cuticle care, a foot scrub, regular polish, and a light massage, without callus removal. The Spa Pedicure adds callus removal over 35 minutes. The Deluxe Pedicure runs 45 minutes and adds a sugar scrub massage, cooling gel, a leg massage, and a mud mask. The 60-minute Luxury Pedicure builds on the Deluxe with a paraffin wax treatment, and the 60-minute Volcano Pedicure combines a crystal soak, sugar scrub, cream mask, hot stones, and lotion. According to the salon, the Deluxe Manicure and Luxury Pedicure are its most popular choices.
