The business operates from Suite 45 inside Sola Salons Montebello and is run by Jasmine Alejandre, a licensed nail technician. Bookings are made in advance with a non-refundable deposit, and the site sets out its rules for arrival, payment and cancellation clearly.

Nail enhancements are the core of the work. Gel X full sets come in short, medium or long lengths, and acrylic full sets are offered with tips. For a lighter option, an acrylic overlay without tips adds a thin layer for strength. Structure gel manicures use hard gel, while gel polish manicures are color only and do not include builder gel or structure. All nail lengths are included in the base price.

Pedicures come as gel polish in two versions. The Classic version is the base service, and the Glow version adds a detoxifying clay mask, a hot towel treatment and a longer massage. A French tip design can be added to a pedicure for an extra $10. Nail art is priced by design complexity across four tiers, and clients confirm the tier by messaging the business on Instagram. Nail art has to be chosen when booking and cannot be added on the day of the appointment.

Other services include permanent jewelry, a custom-fit chain with no clasp that is welded on, and a 40-minute red light therapy session using an FDA-registered lamp, given 20 minutes per hand. Nail removal is available too, with extra fees if the work was done by another technician.

Clients are asked to arrive with bare nails unless they have booked a removal. Arrive no more than 10 minutes early and wait for the set time. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, after which they are cancelled. Changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead. A late cancellation, a no-show or a change made inside 24 hours incurs a 50% fee and forfeits the deposit, and no-shows are banned from future booking. The remaining balance is preferably paid in cash, with Zelle, Apple Pay and card options at a 3.5% fee.
