Manicures start with a classic service at $30 and move up to spa and no-chip options at $45, while pedicures begin with an express option at $30. Spa versions add treatments such as sugar scrub, masque, paraffin and callus removal, and combined mani and pedi packages are available in classic, spa and no-chip styles.

Gel-based work includes Brisa gel, which the salon describes as a type of acrylic with a more natural look and no strong chemical smell, along with builder gel for short, weak or easily broken nails and dip powder. Builder gel with a tip is used to extend nails.

Several add-ons can be combined with most services, including French or chrome designs, nail art, paraffin and extra callus work. Children have their own menu, from polish changes to manicures and pedicures. Chair, head and foot massages are sold by the session, from 20 minutes to one hour.

Gift cards come in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who cannot attend are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so the visit can be rescheduled. Questions can be sent through a contact form on the site.

Lena Zhang says the aim is to find nail care suited to each client's particular hands and feet.
