Manicures and pedicures come in tiers that build from a basic well-care service to spa, deluxe and luxurious versions, with extras such as exfoliation, hot-towel treatments, paraffin and marine or botanical scrubs. Nail enhancements include acrylic, Solar, dipping powder and silk or fiberglass wraps, offered as full sets, overlays and refills. Nail design, callus removal, nail removal and polish changes are also available as add-ons.

Facials run one to one and a half hours and follow a set sequence: double cleansing, skin analysis, exfoliation, clogged pore extraction when needed, a customized masque, and massage of the face, neck, shoulders and decollete. The spa uses Dermalogica products and techniques. Waxing covers the brows, lip, chin, sideburns, underarms, bikini, arms, legs, and chest and full back, along with eyebrow tint.

Walk-ins are welcome, though the spa recommends appointments, especially in the evenings and on weekends. Clients are asked to let the spa know in advance if they cannot make an appointment or will be late. Clients using skin treatments such as Accutane, Retin-A or a chemical peel should tell the spa before a waxing or facial. The spa also hosts baby, birthday and wedding showers, and gift certificates are available.
