The menu is broad. Artificial nail options include acrylic, gel, UV gel, LCN pink and white, and Gel X fills and full sets, alongside manicures, polish changes, kids' polish and nail cuts. Combination appointments pair a manicure with a pedicure, and small-service versions of both are also available.

Spa pedicures are priced from $55 to $99 and typically include a scented soak, a scrub and a massage, with the massage running from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the service. Organic options are offered in several scents, and the Pearl Spa Pedicure uses pearl powder along with a 30-minute massage. Massage is also available in sessions from 10 to 60 minutes.

Waxing covers the face, body and legs, with lip and toe or finger services starting at $10. Eyelash extensions are offered as fills scheduled one to four weeks apart or as a full set. An ear candle treatment and paraffin treatment are also available as add-ons.

For hygiene, the salon uses disposable files, buffers and pedicure sponges, and says its spa basins are cleaned with barbicide and fitted with disposable liners. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early and to call ahead if they cannot make a booking. Arriving ten or more minutes late may mean the appointment is given to another client or shortened. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations on card bookings are charged 50% of the reserved services, and no-shows are charged the full price. Large party bookings require a Visa, Mastercard or Discover card, and gratuities are accepted in cash. Items left behind are not the salon's responsibility, and anything left longer than seven days is donated to a local charity.
