The suite was set up as a quieter alternative to busier, louder salons, with a one-on-one setting where each client has the work to themselves.

Services are booked by appointment only. Each visit is given the time it needs rather than being rushed, with the aim of keeping natural nails strong and healthy. Sanitary procedures are followed strictly.

Gel work is done with Aprés and V Beauty Pure professional-grade systems. Nail art leans current, including soft chrome glazes, magnetic cat-eye finishes and minimalist micro-art. Manicures are tailored to the client's daily routine.

Open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 5 PM. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows carry a 25% fee, with exceptions for weather-related cancellations and medical emergencies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Each service is given the time it needs, with attention to keeping natural nails strong and healthy.
